You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your account.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms & Conditions or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReviewBiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Site; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida, as per the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.
30-Day Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New customers are eligible for a 100% money-back guarantee within the first 30 days of their initial subscription. If you are not satisfied with ReviewBiz’s services within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund by contacting support@reviewbiz.io.

The refund request must be submitted within the first 30 days from the initial signup date.

The guarantee applies only to first-time customers and cannot be used more than once per business.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
2. Commitment Term & Early Cancellation
All ReviewBiz subscription plans require a 12-month commitment for the first year. By signing up, customers agree to remain subscribed for a minimum of 12 months from the start date.
If a customer cancels before completing the 12-month term, they forfeit the remainder of the term agreement, and no refunds or prorated credits will be issued. The customer will still be responsible for paying any outstanding balances for the full commitment period.
3. Cancellation Notice Requirement
After the initial 12-month commitment, customers may cancel their subscription by providing a written 30-day notice before the next billing cycle. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to support@reviewbiz.io or through the official cancellation request form available in the customer dashboard.
4. Effective Date of Cancellation

For customers in their first 30 days: Eligible for a full refund under the money-back guarantee.

For customers beyond 30 days but within 12 months: Cancellation is not permitted before the term ends, except in special cases approved by ReviewBiz.

For customers beyond 12 months: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle following the 30-day notice period. Customers will retain access to their services until the cancellation is finalized.
5. Refund Policy

Within the first 30 days: Eligible for a full refund under the money-back guarantee.

After 30 days but within the 12-month commitment: No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for early cancellations.

After the 12-month period: No further charges will be applied after the 30-day notice period.
6. Cancellation Confirmation
Upon submitting a cancellation request, customers will receive a confirmation email within 5 business days acknowledging the request and specifying the final service date.
